Join the team at Sharp Physiotherapy
We are always looking for brilliant people to join our Customer Experience and Operations team. This is not a traditional admin role. You will work with patients, systems, technology, AI and the wider team to help us create an exceptional experience and keep improving how the business runs.
Express your interestThis is not a traditional admin role
Yes, there are administrative responsibilities. But the people in this team are much more than administrators. They are often the first person a patient speaks to. They shape how people experience Sharp Physiotherapy. They help us improve systems, introduce new technology, spot problems, develop better ways of working and support the growth of the business.
If you want a job where you simply sit behind a desk and complete a list of tasks.
If you love people, enjoy learning, like improving things and want to work inside a modern and ambitious business.
The most important thing is people
We can teach systems. We can teach software. We can teach processes. What is much harder to teach is being genuinely brilliant with people.
Our ideal person is warm, confident, positive and comfortable speaking to people face to face, over the phone and through messages. You need to care about giving people a great experience.
We want our patients to feel looked after from the moment they first contact us until long after their treatment has finished. Our Customer Experience team plays a huge role in making that happen.
If you are not naturally good with people, this is unlikely to be the right role for you.
What you could be involved in
The way we run Sharp Physiotherapy is constantly evolving. We invest heavily in technology, systems, communication and customer experience. Our team are involved in far more than diary management and answering the telephone.
- Patient communication and customer experience
- Managing enquiries and helping people get booked in
- Supporting the day to day running of the clinics
- Improving internal systems and processes
- Using AI to reduce repetitive administrative work
- Finding opportunities to automate tasks
- Helping develop better patient journeys
- Working with marketing and CRM systems
- Identifying problems and suggesting better ways of doing things
- Supporting the growth of the wider business
We actively want our team to challenge the way things are done.
If you see something that could be improved, we want to hear about it. If a process could be automated, we want you to help us explore it. If patients could receive a better experience, we want you to tell us how.
Work inside a modern growing business
Sharp Physiotherapy has grown into a multi clinic business with a growing team and thousands of patient appointments every year. We are still constantly looking for ways to improve.
We invest heavily in our people. That includes training in communication, customer experience, systems, technology and personal development.
You will learn much more than how to manage a diary or answer a telephone. You will see how a growing healthcare business operates, how marketing works, how systems and automation are used, how AI is being introduced into the business and how we measure and improve performance. Most importantly, you will be encouraged to contribute ideas rather than simply follow instructions.

AI and automation
Be part of how new technology is introduced, tested and improved across the clinics.
We look after
our team too
Caring about people includes the people who work here. We want everyone to have a healthy balance between work and life, and we make time to get together away from the clinics. Team days out, socials and celebrations are a big part of who we are.

We are much more interested in the person
You do not necessarily need experience working in a physiotherapy clinic.
- Brilliant with people
- Keen to learn
- Warm and approachable
- Organised
- Comfortable using technology
- Curious about AI and automation
- Excited by working in a growing business
- Comfortable taking responsibility
- Confident communicating face to face and on the phone
- Someone who notices problems and wants to fix them
Most importantly, you need to genuinely care about people.
