Which plan is for you?

It depends on your body, not your budget

Most people already know roughly how much upkeep their body needs. The only real question is how often that upkeep has to happen. Find the one below that sounds like you.

Essential

6 sessions a year — one every two months

Sounds like you if…

  • You have one long-term problem area — arthritic or degenerative change, or an old injury that never fully settled.
  • When it gets treated it settles down — but left for months it creeps back, often worse than before.
  • Your job puts a bit of strain on it, and that is often what sets a flare-up off.
  • A session every couple of months keeps it where you want it.
  • You would rather manage it with treatment than live on painkillers.

If every two months keeps you comfortable, this is your plan. If you find yourself counting down to the next one, look at Thrive.

Perform

24 sessions a year — two every month

Sounds like you if…

  • You train hard and exercise often, and your body takes a real load week to week.
  • You play competitive sport, and being ready for the next fixture or event is not optional.
  • You are managing something complex or long-standing that needs consistent hands-on work.
  • Or there is more than one person at home who needs regular physio.

Perform can be shared across your household, so two people use the sessions between them rather than paying for two memberships.

Who is the Priority Membership for?

The Priority Membership is for people who want to stay on top of their physical health, rather than waiting for something to become a bigger problem.

It is not a treatment plan. It is designed for ongoing maintenance and easy access to physiotherapy throughout the year.

It can be particularly useful if you:

• Have a long term or recurring condition, such as ongoing back or neck problems, arthritis or degenerative changes, and benefit from regular maintenance treatment.

• Are active, whether that’s running, walking, training or playing sport, and want to deal with those little aches and niggles before they develop into something more significant.

• Want to stay active, mobile and feeling your best with regular support from your physiotherapist.

• Prefer to be proactive with your health and address problems early rather than waiting until they stop you doing the things you enjoy.

• Want the reassurance that, if something does go wrong, you have priority access to a physiotherapy appointment when you need it.

Ultimately, it’s for people who want to stay active, manage ongoing issues and get on top of problems early.

Who is the priority membership not for?

The Priority Membership is not a treatment plan and it isn’t designed to replace one.

If you have a new or acute injury that requires a course of regular treatment to get you better, a membership isn’t the right option. In this situation, you would simply pay for your appointments individually or choose one of our recommended Plans of Care.

The membership is also probably not for you if you don’t feel you need ongoing support with a recurring or long term condition, you’re not particularly concerned about preventing smaller aches and niggles becoming bigger problems, and having quicker access to a physiotherapist isn’t important to you.

Priority Membership is there for people who want to be proactive with their health, stay active and keep on top of problems.

If you’d rather just see us when something goes wrong, that’s absolutely fine. You don’t need a membership.

How many appointments do I get?

The number of appointments included depends on which Priority Membership you choose.

Essential
One maintenance appointment every two months, giving you 6 appointments over the course of a year.

Thrive
One maintenance appointment every month, giving you 12 appointments over the course of a year.

Perform
Two maintenance appointments every month, giving you 24 appointments over the course of a year.

Simply choose the level of ongoing support that best suits your lifestyle and how regularly you’d like to see your physiotherapist.

What if I cannot use my appointment?

If you know you won’t be able to use your appointment, unfortunately it cannot be carried over into the next month or membership period.

However, you don’t have to let it go to waste.

You can gift your appointment to a friend or family member so they can use it instead.

So, if you’re away, feeling great or simply don’t need your appointment that month, you can pass the benefit on to someone else.

Can I have more appointments than my membership includes?

Yes, absolutely.

Your membership includes a set number of appointments depending on the plan you’re on, but you’re not limited to only those appointments.

For example, if your membership includes one appointment per month but you pick up a niggle and feel you would benefit from an additional appointment that month, you can simply book another and pay for the extra appointment separately.

Your membership allowance stays the same, but you can always access additional treatment when you need it.

How do I book my appointments?

You can book your appointments in exactly the same way you always have, either online, by calling the clinic or via WhatsApp.

However, as a Priority Member, we’d recommend getting ahead with your maintenance appointments. If you know there’s a particular day or time that works well for you, you can book your appointments well in advance and get them in the diary.

Priority Members also get exclusive access to more of our diary, allowing you to plan your regular appointments further in advance.

And if something unexpected crops up between your planned appointments, simply contact our front desk team through the app. We’ll always aim to get Priority Members seen within 72 hours and, wherever possible, on the same day.

Can I upgrade or change my membership?

Yes. One of the benefits of the Sharp Priority app is that you’re in complete control of your membership.

If you feel you don’t need as many appointments, you can downgrade your plan. If you’d like more regular appointments and support, you can upgrade your plan.

Your membership can be managed directly through the app, making it easy to adjust your plan as your needs change.

Can I cancel anytime?

Does the normal cancellation policy still apply?

Yes. Our normal clinic cancellation policy applies to all Priority Membership appointments.

If you cancel an appointment late or don’t attend your appointment, it will be treated in exactly the same way as any other appointment at the clinic and our usual cancellation policy will apply.

Being a Priority Member doesn’t change our cancellation policy, so please make sure you give us as much notice as possible if you can’t attend.
