Is Arthritis Stopping You From Living Life To The Full?

Are you tired of relying on painkillers just to get through the day? Frustrated by being told there’s nothing more that can be done? Have you had to give up hobbies, sports, or simple pleasures because of arthritis pain? Do you find yourself turning down invitations because your first thought is whether your knee or hip can handle it? Are you fed up with living a life restricted by stiffness, swelling, and discomfort?

Signs You Could Benefit From Physiotherapy For Your Arthritis

  • You’re relying on painkillers just to get through the day.

  • You’ve been told you may need surgery but have heard worrying stories and don’t know who to trust.

Why Does Arthritis Pain Last Longer Than It Should?

Arthritis pain often lasts longer than it should. Not because you’re doing anything wrong, but because most people have been told or believe that nothing can be done. In reality, a few common missteps can unknowingly keep you stuck in pain for months or even years.

Relying on painkillers

Tablets just masks the pain, leading to more or stronger painkillers and a dangerous cycle.

Doing exercises off the internet

Random exercises can aggravate your arthritis if they’re not tailored to your specific issue.

Resting too much

While rest might feel right at first, doing too little can actually make things worse.

Going back to the GP

GPs mean well, but the usual outcome is more medication, not a lasting solution.
