These Terms apply to all appointments and services provided by Joe Sharp Physiotherapy Limited, whether booked in person, by phone, or through our website.
By making a booking with us, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

1. Appointments & Payment
•Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in clinic
•Full payment is due at the time of treatment unless arranged otherwise
•Accepted payment methods: Apple Pay,Google Pay, Card/Contactless, Cash and American Express Cards

2. Cancellation Policy
•We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments
•First short-notice cancellation or no-show: 50% of the appointment fee will be charged
•Any further missed or late-cancelled appointments: full session fee will apply
•Outstanding fees must be paid before your next appointment, otherwise it will be cancelled

3. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, we may need to shorten the session or reschedule entirely depending on clinician availability. The full appointment fee still applies.

4. Clients Under 16
Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the full duration of their appointment. We follow safeguarding best practices in accordance with national guidelines.

5. Health & Medical Responsibility
•You must provide accurate and complete information about your health and medical history
•We reserve the right to postpone or decline treatment if we believe it is unsafe or unsuitable
•We may refer you to another healthcare provider when appropriate

6. Scope of Services
We provide non-emergency, outpatient clinical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency (such as signs of stroke, chest pain, or acute neurological symptoms), please call 999 or go to your nearest A&E department.

7. Results Disclaimer
Our team will work with you to achieve the best possible outcomes. However, recovery times and results vary. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or be held responsible where clinical advice or rehabilitation plans are not followed.

8. Refunds
•Missed appointments or cancellations without adequate notice are non-refundable
•Refunds for prepaid packages or sessions are issued at our discretion, where appropriate

9. Complaints
If you have a concern or complaint about your care or experience with us, please speak to your clinician directly or email: reception@sharpphysio.co.uk.
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and provide a full response within 10 working days wherever possible.

10. Limitation of Liability
Joe Sharp Physiotherapy Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the appointment or service in question.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
