We know things come up unexpectedly, and we’re always happy to help rearrange where we can.

All we ask is that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment.

  • If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, we charge 50% of the appointment fee the first time.
  • Any future missed or late-cancelled appointments will be charged at the full rate.
  • Any charges from cancelled or missed appointments must be paid before your next session otherwise, your upcoming appointment will be cancelled.

We’re a small, local team and each appointment is carefully set aside for you.

Short-notice cancellations can’t usually be filled, which unfortunately means someone else misses out.

And this does have a knock-on effect on how we run the clinic.
